1- Download Handbrake.

2- Change from Variable Frame Rate to Constant Frame Rate.

• import video (drag and drop)
• video tab
• frame rate from Peak to constant
• save as (somehow need to overwrite a file - idk why)
• duplicate your orig file and overwrite the duplicate
• Start Encode
• pray
• yes it works(but thats retarded)

3- Import to PPro.

makeshift virgin way to fix it:

IDK HOW BUT THIS WORKS

Create new file

Import > ENTIRE PROJECT > choose the project you want

Now you have your project but its in a folder. GREAT SUCCESS!

turn continuous rasterization ON for this precomp, but you also have to go inside your precomp and turn yours dots 3d.

AKA GO INSIDE ALL SUB COMPS AND TURN ON LITTLE 3D CUBE
