go to RHS(press N if cannot see)

open 'item' tab

go to dimensions > enter desired item length

WHY PHOTOSHOP CANNOT EXPORT ANIMATION FRAMES?

It can create new folder, but can't create images.

Solution: Just install a older version of Ps

Things that didnt work:

making layers less complex(removing adjustment layers, masking etc)
deleting temporary files
turning off anti-virus
restarting computer
allocating more memory to Ps(its already maxxed out)
checking range of frames to render(it was on all)

things that i didnt try:

undo prevent WinUpdate
using media encoder(cannot)
reinstalling media encoder

WHY ILLUSTRATOR CANNOT MOVE LOCKED LAYER WHEN MOVE ARTBOARD?

bcoz they fggts, need to UNLOCK all layers

HOW TO SEE ALL LAYERS SO CAN MANUALLY CHECK IF THEY ARE LOCKED?

To see all the sublayers in the Layers palette, Option-click (PC: Alt-click) on the expansion triangle beside one of the layers. All the layers will be expanded to display all of their sublayers. (Note: This works differently depending on what sublayers you already have expanded.)

SO HOW?
PUT EVERYTHING IN 1 folder

Alt-click that shit

check to see if anything hidden or locked

YOURE ARE DONE!
