It can create new folder, but can't create images.
Solution: Just install a older version of Ps
Things that didnt work:
- making layers less complex(removing adjustment layers, masking etc)
- deleting temporary files
- turning off anti-virus
- restarting computer
- allocating more memory to Ps(its already maxxed out)
- checking range of frames to render(it was on all)
things that i didnt try:
- undo prevent WinUpdate
- using media encoder(cannot)
- reinstalling media encoder
